My clients deserve the latest and most effective strategies and techniques to get organized and stay organized. To that end, in 2012 I earned the CPO-CD® designation from the Institute of Challenging Disorganization (ICD). In this program, students, along with their master trainer, apply advanced organizing techniques to case studies and analyze potential solutions. Students further develop communication skills, client service skills and professional integrity. In 2015 I completed the re-certification process, which entails continuing education, service to my colleagues, and service to the public. As a member of two industry professional groups, I’m committed to my clients, the community, and the industry, and I adhere to the highest standards of integrity, ethics and morality.

When you have a vendor come into your home, you want peace of mind that (God forbid!) if something goes wrong, you’ll be covered. I am covered by NAPOSure, a type of business insurance created specifically for organizers. I welcome your request to review copies of both my certificate of insurance coverage and my certificate of accreditation.
